Additional Information:

Originated in Santa Ana, California, in 1911 from a seed planted around 1900. The seed is tight in the cavity. The tree is very hardy, of vigorous growth, and has the habit of producing two crops annually, the main crop ripening in Oct. to Nov., the second crop, which is much smaller, in Apr. and May. Historical variety.
